Our Classes

We offer many different classes throughout the year, and follow the AGF CanGym program.  If you are new to our club, and not sure which class your child should be registered in, please read the class descriptions below.  If you still have questions, feel free to contact us and we will assist you!

 

Parent/Tot

This class is for children ages 0-3, and requires parent/guardian involvement.

 

Pre-CanGym

We ask that children ages 4-5 register in this class.

 

Burgundy

This is the first CanGym badge level. Register your child in this class if they are 6+, and are first time gymnasts. 

**Note - if your older child is a first time gymnast, please contact us to discuss class placement.

 

Red/Tan/Bronze/Pre-Compet/Compet

Your child will work their way through these badge levels. Our coaches will let parents know when their child(ren) are ready to progress to the next level.

 

Boys

As men's gymnastics is a different specialty than women's, we prefer that boys age 6+ register in this class. However, we are flexible and will have boys in the other badge programs if necessary.
